In case of a loss, please ensure you are safe. Call 911 if needed. To initiate a claim, please send an email to our claims partner, IPG, at zipperclaims@ipgclaims.com. You can also give them a call at 1-855-636-0199. They have claims adjusters who can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Farsi, and English.
